Connect gives your business the tools to get an online and home delivery store up and running, fast. Built for bars, restaurants, independent shops, grocers, butchers, florists, pharmacists, suppliers and more.

What you'll get

Connect will create a branded, customisable app for iOS (Apple) and Android – with an optional website bolt-on – as well as all the hardware required to get you online and ready to serve your loyal customers, both instore and via home delivery.

Checkout

Making it as easy as possible for customers to buy your products and services, we have made the checkout feature of Connect very versatile.

We’ve also integrated cashless means of payment, making Connect even more convenient for customers. As well as paying by cash, customers can pay via ApplePay, PayPal and Visa.

Change the quantity or remove items from the basket.

Apply voucher codes – these can be set-up in the admin.

Add a note for the shop/driver.

Redeem any existing loyalty points.

Dedicated contact centre

Flexibility and convenience is at the heart of Connect, that’s why as well as the ability to order through the app or website, we also have a dedicated contact centre in the UK whose friendly staff are ready to help and also process customers’ orders over the phone, should they not wish to do so online.

Fulfilling orders

Processing customer orders through Connect couldn’t be easier – it follows a simple three step process:

  1. The order arrives at a dedicated orders tablet or direct to your EPOS via an integration. Supported EPOS systems include Posera, Maitre’D and more. To view a full list of supported EPOS systems, please visit our FAQ page.

  2. Pending orders are displayed in a list and your business is alerted as and when they arrive.

  3. The order is printed from an 80mm thermal printer.

Home Delivery

Adding an extra layer of convenience to the shopping process, Connect also offers a dispatcher app which enables home deliveries – even if it’s not a service you’ve previously provided.

Through your dashboard, delivery zones are easily added by drawing onto a map, and each zone can have different delivery costs and time.

Marketing through Connect

Connect is an all-in-one e-commerce solution. What this means is that not only does it allow customers to buy your goods and services online, but it also acts as a powerful marketing tool too.
