Sometimes it’s nice to have restaurant-quality food in the comfort of your own home. That’s why we’ve integrated a ‘click & collect’ feature into Connect.

Just like our table ordering service, click & collect is a standard feature and gives customers the flexibility to enjoy delicious food (at home), but at a time that’s convenient for them.

And should the kitchen be overwhelmed at any time, don’t worry. Connect gives operators the ability to suggest an alternative collection time, to help manage capacity in the kitchen.

In-Room Dining

Connect isn’t only for use in bars, restaurants and takeaways. It’s also been engineered to operate in hotel groups.

Not all hotel guests want to dine in the restaurant, especially while trying to maintain social distancing. That’s why we’ve introduced ‘In-Room Dining’ to Connect.

Connect gives guests the option to order food and drink direct to their hotel room, as well as paying through Connect’s platform.

Just a couple of taps on your smart device to order and pay, put your feet up and wait for hotel staff to deliver right to your room.

Home Delivery

Another standard feature of Connect is our home delivery functionality.

Give customers the option to order and pay from home and then wait for delivery staff to bring their order to their door.

Connect comes equipped with a ‘driver app’ (at no extra cost), which helps delivery drivers navigate their way to customers’ homes, it also helps check customer ages for age-restricted items, and even allows drivers to phone ahead to customers to let them know they’re on their way.
